We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor of Respiratory Therapy like you to be a part of our team.Job Summary and QualificationsPerforms routine & critical care respiratory care procedures associated with the care of the respiratory patient; including, mechanical ventilation and routine respiratory care. Makes patient assignments for staff on respective shift. Supervises the staff RCP's each shift. Monitors staff for quality assurance purposes, including auditing documentation, making floor rounds, talking to co-workers. Provides leadership/guidance to staff. Makes vital patient care & operational decisions. Oversees daily productivity and assures proper usage of all available staffing and equipment resources.What qualifications you will need:Advanced Cardiac Life SptBasic Cardiac Life SupportAssociate DegreeState Registered Respiratory Therapist, or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT)HCA Florida Westside Hospital is a 250-bed medical center and healthcare complex.
