- Administer medications and provide essential wound care, demonstrating your expertise and compassion.
- Utilize advanced technology like HomeCare HomeBase to streamline documentation and improve communication.
What You Bring:
- Active RN licensure in Illinois.
- At least one year of recent experience in home health.
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation and HomeCare HomeBase, or a willingness to learn.
- Experience with a home-to-home workload is a plus.
- Current BLS Certification from the American Heart Association.
