Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Home Health team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical care to patients in the comfort of their homes.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor patient progress and update medical records
- Educate patients and their families on managing illnesses and injuries
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Perform procedures such as venipuncture, IV therapy, wound care, and suture removal
- Provide emotional support to patients and families

Qualifications:
- Valid RN license in the state of practice
- Previous experience in home health or a related setting preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Cerner electronic health records system is a plus
- Knowledge of ICU, dialysis, internal medicine, and pediatric care
- Competency in basic life support techniques
- Ability to perform venipuncture
