Job DescriptionJob Description

Job entails rebuilding and/or repairing all types of industrial equipment with the main focus being on small to large gearboxes.

Key Responsibilities/Requirements:

  • Tear down and troubleshoot equipment
  • Identify items for repair or replacement
  • Assembly equipment as a full rebuild
  • Understand bearings, seals, and bearing stack ups and fits
  • Detail-oriented with focus on quality workmanship

Additional skills desired but not required:

  • Welding
  • Straightening
  • Honing
  • Static Balancing
  • Millwright/Journeyman

Experience:

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in a similar role or related field
  • Experience in fabricating and installing mechanical components
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
