Job DescriptionJob Description

As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintaining the high-quality standards of our plant. . You will also be responsible for overseeing the pressing of various clothing, household items, and professional garments to meet and exceed the expectations of our valued customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to make quick decisions to optimize plant efficiency.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and monitor the quality of pressed items to maintain the high standards expected by our customers.

  • Learn and master the skills necessary to press a wide range of items to meet quality standards.

  • Determine the next day's production piece count based on daily intake reports, ensuring appropriate staffing levels for optimal production.

  • Make timely decisions to keep the plant running at peak efficiency.

  • Manage inventory of materials needed for production to ensure uninterrupted workflow.

  • Maintain a broad view of production processes to uphold speed, quality, and care standards.

  • Lead and motivate a team to protect and enhance the clothing investments of our customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in textile care or related field preferred.

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a laundry or dry cleaning plant is highly desirable.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards.

  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Proficient in inventory management and production scheduling.

  • Commitment to customer satisfaction and maintaining a positive brand image.
