Pacesetter Personnel Services is hiring a Retail Counter Sales Associate for our client in the Northwest Houston, TX 77092 area.

Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with customers while meeting their equipment needs.
  • Writing rental contracts.
  • Managing the logistics for equipment delivery and pickup.
  • Assisting outside sales reps with pricing and orders.
  • Creating and processing purchase orders.

Requirements/Experience :

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong listening and sales skills.
  • Possess the ability to multi-task.
  • Experience with Windows-based programs.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
  • Bilingual is a plus.

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay:

  • $17.00/hr. We pay weekly.
