REWARDS

  • Hourly pay $25 to $40
  • Full-time Monday- Friday (7:00am to 4:00pm) with additional hours available to complete jobs and Saturday projects with bonus pay structures

REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid driver's license
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry and knowledge of heating + cooling systems
  • Proven leadership and management experience
  • Customer service and communication skills


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work diligently to satisfy the customer’s needs and desires for the installation process.
  • Communicate with the Install manager and the Project manager at all times for any issues, customer concerns, or any obstacles that hinder meeting the team’s customer guidelines for satisfaction.
  • Complete all paperwork and necessary administrative tasks on time, and in an accurate manner to support company operations.
  • Ensure installations are in 100% compliance with all company, local, state and federal codes
  • Participate in multiple reviews each year- provide feedback to the Management on roles, and improvement for Department operations and work environments.
