Job DescriptionJob Description

The Warehouse Sales & Customer Support Specialist will provide essential support and assistance to the sales team, perform high-volume data entry duties, and assist in fostering smooth warehouse operations while providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers. The Specialist will be a team player who has a strong attention to detail and a proven commitment to supporting warehouse operational effectiveness.

 

Responsibilities:

·         Ensuring smooth warehouse sales operations and delivering excellent customer service

·         Responding to customer inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining sales-related databases

·         Providing data and guidance to the sales team

·         Managing sales tracking tools

·         Liaising with account managers

·         Tracking sales leads

·         Performing high-volume data entry inputs involving spreadsheets, databases, etc.

·         Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry

·         Verifying and logging data input by ensuring its accuracy and completeness

·         Responding efficiently by retrieving data from the databases or electronic filing systems

·         Maintaining a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards

·         Completing additional assigned warehouse tasks as required

 

Qualifications:

·         Strong computer skills, including familiarity with data entry systems, databases, and other relevant software applications

·         Excellent attention to detail

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to analyze and verify data for accuracy, identifying and resolving discrepancies effectively

·         Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision

 

Education & Requirements:

·         High school diploma or GED (Associate or higher-level degree preferred)

·         Minimum of 2 - 3 years of experience in all aspects of warehousing operations

·         Strong computer skills, including familiarity with data entry systems, databases, and relevant software applications

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills
