TEMP TO HIRE*** MONDAY - FRIDAY *** 7:30AM - 4:00PM*** PAY $18.00***

Will train a few weeks in customer service to learn about our product.

**Must have experience in customer service and data entry. **

Order Management

  • Process orders
  • Confirm orders come are correct (SKUs, prices)
  • Manual order entry
  • Knowledge of product
  • Verify all promo codes and allowances are applied
  • Print shipping labels for the warehouse
  • Review open orders
  • Reply to emails and calls as needed

Accounting

  • Receive, review, & verify invoices from Vendors (may include some three-way matching)
  • Enter vendor invoices into Sage 100
  • Process expense reports from employees, identify any discrepancies
  • Maintain professional relationships with our valued vendors/suppliers
  • Assist in weekly check run
  • File check copies
  • Collect credit card receipts and assist with monthly credit card reconciliation
  • Assist with return merchandise data entry

Requirements:

  • Pre-employment Drug Test

  • E-verify
  • 1 Year Experience
  • Interviews will be conducted
