Note: This is a hybrid part-time role (20 hours/week) and the candidate needs to be onsite once a week.

Qualifications:

Education: At least 2 years in college
SKILLS: Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel; able to speak and write English well.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and implement regulatory regulations guidelines and company procedures.
• Proactive, pragmatic, flexible, service-minded, and able to work under (time) pressure.

Experience
• Level I- (0-3), Experience working with clinical study data, Familiarity with GCP (Good Clinical Practice), CRF (clinical Report Form), and EDC (Electronic Database Capture) system.
• Experiences with pharmaceutical regulatory guidance.

Role:
• Transcribe clinical study data from paper clinical trial CRF to Excel or EDC system.
• Support relevant activities of the data management and clinical teams including document scanning and filing wherever needed.

Responsibilities:
• Data entry with high accuracy.
• Supporting data managers with quality data and collaborating with clinical teams regarding data issues.
