Job DescriptionJob Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site, financial data manager for our office in Fort Lauderdale, FL. We are an annuity marketing organization that maintains contracted relationships with a sizable contingent of life insurance agents. We use our database to keep those agents informed of interest rate changes, product changes, and new product offerings.

Typical duties include:

  1. familiarizing yourself with our software that stores data on our annuity products and the agents who sell those products
  2. maintaining current interest rate data and other details concerning our annuity products as well as our agents' contact information (mainly using our in-house software)
  3. producing Word-merge letters and postcards to be mailed to agents
  4. creating simple reports for management using basic MySQL queries

Requirements:

  1. a passion for details and rigorous precision (for data management)
  2. 4+ years working in an office environment with financial or other business software
  3. experience printing Word-merge letters
  4. basic understanding of SQL queries
