Now Hiring for a Direct Hire Opportunity  Maintenance Technician Position in Erie, PA

Responsibilities:

The main scope of the Maintenance Tech position is to be responsible for a wide variety of machinery maintenance duties as assigned specializing in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems in complex equipment

  • Coordinates daily work assignments with Operations
  • Promotes safety in the workplace
  • Performs preventative maintenance according to schedule
  • Installation of new equipment
  • Repair electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems of equipment
  • Troubleshoot machinery performance issues, plan repair methods and time required to order and replace parts
  • Lower recorded lost time accidents and track
  • Reporting
  • Improved efficiency, safety, and product quality

Qualifications:

  • High School or equivalent 
  • Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, PLC, and hydraulics
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Work well in a team environment
  • Knowledge of production machinery and safety
