This position supervises the office assistant and the accounts receivable specialist.
Duties/Responsibilities
Hiring and Training of new office personnel
Manage office Personnel
Organize and execute office procedures and operations
Review benefit applications, new hire info and I-9 reporting
Daily time card review
Review accounts payable and assign chart of accounts, write checks and issue ACH transfers
Update inventory with new pricing or new items
Manage employee files and weekly payroll reporting
Prepare month end and year end reports for CPA
Make quarterly estimated tax payments and alll monthly sales tax filings
Manage fleet list, DMV registrations and E-Z Pass
Yearly commercial insurance breakdown
Perform monthly A/R billing cycle and reporting
Qualifications/Experience
3+ years experience as office manager
3+ years of accounts payable, accounts receivable and human resources experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, accounting software and HRIS
Strong management and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills
Valid Driver's License
Ability to work as a team
Hours are 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
