When you step into the role of an industrial maintenance technician, you unlock possibilities for yourself, our client company, and the community they serve.  Your industrial maintenance technician's effort through daily use of troubleshooting and predictive and preventative maintenance strategies.

  • While working with TRN you will be paid on a weekly basis

Your New Role:

As a member of this high performing team, you will be responsible for working safely and with machinery within the mill.

What you Need:

  • Must have cutting torch experience (Oxygen/Acetylene)
  • Must have welding experience (GMAW AND SMAW)
  • Must be safety oriented and comply with ZES
  • Must have High School diploma or GED
  • Must successfully complete and assessment test, physical, pre-employment drug screen and background check
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays

 Responsibilities:

  • As a member of this high performing team, you will be responsible for working safely with all machinery within the mill
  • Repair and maintain industrial equipment to include conveying systems, major machine centers such as debarkers, canters, gang saws, and edgers
  • Able to read and understand drawings and printed instructions
  • Must be able to move machinery and equipment, using hoists, dollies, rollers, and trucks
  • Assemble and install equipment, using hand tools and power tools
