Compensation, Benefits, and Perks:
- Base Salary: $105k - $120k

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a portfolio of middle-market commercial accounts, with a focus on sectors such as manufacturing, non-profits, and property.
- Work closely with the Producer and a commercial assistant to manage an established book of business effectively.
- Drive the renewal marketing process with carriers and wholesale brokerages, negotiating favorable terms and pricing.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Carrier Market Underwriters.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a California brokerage managing commercial insurance accounts
- Previous middle market account experience handling non-profits, manufacturing, property is a plus
- Proficient with Applied EPIC agency management system is a plus
- California Property and Casualty License is required
