Opening with our client for a Regulatory Data and Compliance Specialist.

Weekly Schedule: Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00 (on-site)

The Regulatory Data and Compliance Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring products comply with global regulatory requirements. This position involves managing regulatory data, coordinating compliance activities, and supporting the registration of pesticides in various markets.

Essential Functons

  • Support global pesticide registrations by providing a range of certificates and legalized documents.
  • Coordinate and manage timely processing of certificates through various government agencies.
  • Coordinate pesticide label layouts for business to business (B2B) labels.
  • Maintain accurate records and database entries for label versions and changes.
  • Analyze, edit, and reorganize metadata as necessary.
  • Utilize technical writing skills to develop and/or revise documentation as necessary. 
  • Communicate the status of work updates to stakeholders, effectively identifying solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science) or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar regulatory data and compliance role
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in regulatory data management tools and software.
  • Extensive experience in related software applications such as: Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
