Our client, a large Healthcare Organization is looking for Credentialing Specialist for Detroit, MI. These are *Hybrid Remote* mostly remote but required to be on site for training and meetings as needed** **

Pay-$ 24 an hour

Shift- Mon-Fri 7:30a-4p

13-week contracts

Must have experience:

-3-5 years related experience (including 1 year in administrative services or its equivalent),

Education:

-High School Diploma or GED, 2 years of post-High School training (such as business school, community college or equivalent

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy
- Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions
- Assist in the development and implementation of new policies and procedures
- Provide support in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation

Experience:
- High School Diploma
- Knowledge of medical office operations and medical terminology
- Familiarity with managed care concepts and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $24.00 per hour
