Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  1. Inventory Management:

    • Keep track of stock levels and conduct regular audits.
    • Use warehouse management software for efficient inventory control.
  2. Order Fulfillment:

    • Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping of customer orders.
    • Ensure timely and accurate order processing.
  3. Technical Skills:

    • Troubleshoot and resolve warehouse equipment and system issues.
    • Collaborate with IT for continuous improvement in warehouse technology.
  4. Communication and Collaboration:

    • Communicate effectively with staff and other departments.
    • Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth shipments.

Requirements:

  1. Education:

    • High school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Experience:

    • Previous experience in warehouse coordination or similar roles.
  3. Technical Skills:

    • Familiarity with warehouse management software.
  4. Organizational Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  5. Communication:

    • Clear communication skills for effective collaboration.
  6. Problem Solving:

    • Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.
