Energy Assessor to join our team

Position Overview:

You will perform single family energy assessments and inspect homes for energy related items and recommend upgrade in order to drive company success. THIS IS NOT A SALES POSITION

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondences and other formal documents
  • Document conditions of a home with emphasis on energy savings (HVAC systems, attic, crawlspaces, insulation etc)
  • Document findings on a daily basis and transmit the findings and reports
  • Drive company vehicle to each project
  • Obtain High-Quality Images at Assigned Home Inspections Detailing All Defects Found

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in building or residential insurance adjusting a plus
  • Ability to use computer, prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Building Performance Institute (BPI) certifications a big plus
