RAD Diversified is a Real Estate Investment Trust. We are seeking a dedicated Utilities Coordinator to join our team. The Utilities Coordinator will help support the management of our portfolio of single-family homes.

Job Summary:

In this role, you will manage projects as assigned by the Office Manager and Director of Property Management. The utilities coordinator will be in charge of all written and verbal contact with the utility companies for all newly acquired, rehabbed and sold RADD properties. You will be responsible for keeping detailed records and utilizing our Property Management software AppFolio.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all communication with utility companies regarding RADD properties- including turn ons, turn offs, transfers, meter upgrades, billing etc.
  • Data entry and filing
  • Follow up and follow through on any utilities related issues
  • Participate in all relevant meetings
  • Maintain detailed records in Appfolio property management system
  • Other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the office manager

Required Skills/Abilities (education, prior work experience, special skills, etc.)

  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to plan and monitor work according to priorities, deadlines and emergencies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft word and excel
  • Familiar with Google platform (email, calendar, docs, sheets, meets)
  • Real estate, investment, property management or construction background is a plus
  • Experience working with Appfolio Property Management software is a plus
