We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile Golf Cart Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electric golf carts and common LSVs at various locations. You will provide excellent customer service while performing on-site repairs, ensuring that golf carts are safe and operating efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues in golf carts.
- Perform routine maintenance, including battery replacements, brake adjustments, and tire changes.
- Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and provide preventive maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Respond promptly to service calls and provide timely, efficient repairs.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear explanations of repairs and maintenance needs.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, ensuring tools and equipment are properly maintained.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a golf cart technician or in a similar mechanical role.
- Strong knowledge of golf cart systems, including electrical and mechanical components.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues efficiently.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions.
