Brady Sullivan Properties is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Clerk.  A high-energy individual with a positive attitude and a team-oriented work ethic. Must become passionate about our mission and be driven to see our company succeed. In this position you will need to perform a wide range of accounts payable activities for the department and/or managers to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.

Requirements:

  • Full Cycle Accounts Payable
  • This position receives and processes all invoices for payment in a timely fashion. Deals with a diverse group of important external buyers and vendors as well as internal contacts at all levels of the organization.  Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Account Reconciliation
  • Ledger maintenance
  • Must have high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations. Position continually requires demonstrated poise, tact and diplomacy.
  • Strong analytical ability is required in order to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems and prioritize work.
  • Work requires continual attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • Must have knowledge of a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, databases and e-mail.
  • Strong comfort working with numbers.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to understand various departmental operations and procedures.
  • Must be able to work on multiple priorities.
  • 3 years’ experience required.

Education:

Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance, or a combination of both formal education and job experience to equate to three years of experience.
