Entry Level IT Administrator

Job Location: Coleman, MI and Saginaw, MI

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16-$18 per hour

Do you use a computer on a daily basis? Can you Google, "how to fix my computer"? Are you your family's go to computer repair person? Then we have a job for you

Highway & Heavy Parts sells diesel engine parts nationwide. Our specialty is diesel engine parts for the on-road, off-road, marine and industrial markets. We’re growing fast and need to bring in outstanding talent to help us meet our goals. We are located in Coleman & Saginaw MI.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Offer technical support to internal and remote employees
  • Troubleshoot software and hardware issues as they appear
  • Maintain communication with other departments in a systemic way
  • Complete IT tickets and projects based on set priorities and deadlines
  • Improve current systems and processes to make the company more efficient

Required Skills and Qualities

  • High School or equivalent
  • Computer proficiency
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and communication skills

Helpful Qualifications

  • Previous IT experience (Help Desk, Tech Support, etc.)
  • Information Technology/Computer Science background
