Job DescriptionJob Description

Customer Service-IT Customer Help Desk rep needed. Experience working with business customers and troubleshooting. Take and input customer orders and sales for high tech products. Company needs a technically adept person to assist wtih sales, client/customer questions, concerns, and handle help desk functions.

  • Maintain records and paperwork
  • Customer contact by phone, email, and sometimes in-person
  • Expertise in software uploads, using/explaining "apps"
  • Writing technical instructions/manuals and software installation/usage guidance
  • Help maintain web-based database with regular update management

Proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Technical, engineering, or similar degree desired.

$29-32/hr. Monday through Friday, 8:30 to 5pm. On-site in Newbury Park.
