Job Summary: The Support Representative is responsible for supporting distributors and end users regarding software support and data subscriptions while being a company representative and liaison for both distributors and end users.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· First line support for immediate phone and email response through Fresh Desk ticketing software
· Audit equipment registrations for accuracy of information in preparation for payment to distributors
· Generate and provide lock-up codes, including confirming successful access by customers
· Support Accounting Department with processing data payments, as needed
· Support customer relations
· Perform other duties or functions as requested by the Software Support/Data Department Supervisor or other authorized personnel
Qualifications and Requirements:
· High School Diploma
· Minimum 3 years of Customer Support experience
· Must be proficient with Computers, Microsoft Software
· ERP and ticketing system experience. Salesforce / Freshdesk / LN experience
· Strong data entry skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Time management and strong sense of urgency
· Reliable transportation
· Organizational skills
· Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
