Seeking an Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician

Are you a seasoned maintenance technician with a passion for keeping apartment communities in top-notch condition? Look no further We're searching for a skilled and experienced individual to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance, and appliance troubleshooting.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure the safety and functionality of apartment units.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to address issues efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory.
  • Collaborate with property management to uphold safety standards and ensure tenant satisfaction.
  • Patching Drywall, fixing doors and hinges, repairing/changing ceiling fans, and painting.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an apartment maintenance technician or in a related field. Construction and hotel experienced welcome to apply.
  • Strong technical skills with the ability to diagnose and repair various systems and equipment.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation.
