We are currently hiring and seeking APARTMENT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS in Oceanside, San Marcos, Vista, Carlsbad, Encinitas, Rancho Santa Fe, Del Mar, Carmel Valley, La Jolla.

  • Job Title: Apartment Maintenance Technician
  • Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 8:30am-5:30pm

Job Duties:
Will be responsible for make-readies, turns and work orders, electrical, plumbing, HVAC (if certified), carpentry, appliance repair, and various maintenance tasks, including cleaning up the grounds at our communities. Excellent customer service experience is required. Successful candidates will work to ensure the highest level of resident satisfaction at all times.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • GREAT communication and teamwork.
  • Basic hand tools and drill
  • Basic electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair knowledge
  • HVAC repair and preventative maintenance certification is a plus but not required.
  • Great Customer Service is REQUIRED

As an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you are required to:

  • Appear professional and willing to follow dress code and appearance standards according to the community
  • Have reliable means of transportation
  • Prove your ability to be prompt and on time every day
  • Have basic mechanical aptitude
  • Be able to solve problems and work with minimal supervision, when necessary
  • Keep a high level of service in mind with every task
  • Complete work in a timely, cost-effective, and accurate manner
  • Respect the boundaries of confidentiality, fair housing laws and safety
