We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Lease Administration Specialist to support a dynamic organization based in Denver, CO. In this role, you will assist with the lease management process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. From updating databases to coordinating with stakeholders, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining smooth operations and fostering positive relationships with tenants and partners.

What Will You Do?

  • Keep the lease database up-to-date with necessary legal documents, key dates, relevant contact information, renewal options, and rent details
  • Address landlord property concerns by liaising with stores/managers
  • Manage Estoppel and SNDA processes by ensuring document precision, facilitating legal review/execution, and organizing posted documents
  • Digitize and archive real estate documents, input new store lease data, and oversee landlord contact/payment information
  • Execute Commencement Agreements, oversee lease components, and distribute necessary documentation
  • Monitor lease-related timelines, terminate services as needed, and maintain communication with relevant parties
  • Administer lease file upkeep, issue insurance certifications, oversee COI changes, supervise Tenant Improvement allowances, and monitor reimbursement requests
  • Direct Lease-required remodels and refreshes, communicate requirements to construction, and monitor project progress/deadlines


What Are We Looking For?

  • Prior lease administration experience in multi-state, multi-unit settings (ideally in the restaurant/hospitality industry)
  • Proficiency in accounting processes, including CAM reconciliation
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency in Tango and Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and problem solving skills
