We are looking for an experienced Machine Operator for a client located in Carrollton, TX. 

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES  

 Demonstrate mechanical aptitude. 
 Problem-solving and decision-making skills. 
 Ability to use basic computer software applications. 
 Legible handwriting is required. 
 Ability to perform repetitive work. 
 Ability to work and communicate within a team and assume multiple daily roles.
 Essential mathematical competencies up to and including some algebra 
 Ability to follow step-by-step instructions. 
 Ability to maintain focus and pay attention to detail. 
 Manual skills to operate machines, tools, and moving parts. 
 Able to work unsupervised and be self-motivated.
 Must prioritize, stay focused, and handle multiple, diverse responsibilities. 
 Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes. 
 Ability to work an 8 to 12-hour shift.
 Ability to report out and communicate in writing and verbal run status and daily run sheets.
 Able to learn and retain product knowledge.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

 Preferred experience in PVC profile extrusions and/or recycling.
 Experience in plastic extrusion, compounding, or injection molding.
 Prior years of experience in the field or related area. 
 Background in mechanics and electrical. 
 Experience in manufacturing is a plus. 
 Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook.
