Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders
- Check freshness and quality of ingredients
- Assist in the development of menu items
- Standardize prep - guidelines for daily routines
- Work with management to create a memorable experience for guests

- Previous experience in culinary arts, cooking, or other related fields

There is also Private Events that happen at our Event space called, The Vault. There we create moments for people to remember and for us to give great service as our clients look to celebrate. We have many different ways to work and improve on daily, so we hope to find individuals with the same mentalityCompany DescriptionWe are a privately owned business that manages two full service restaurants as well as a private event space. There is room to grow in our newer establishment in Ryes and Grind. Our other location Local Tap House & Kitchen is our well established location that needs minor attention, but will need to be revamped as we look to expand our culinary goals.\r
