Position: Pool Service Technician

Description:
As a Pool Service Technician at Sunrise Pool Services, you will be responsible for servicing pools across the Atlanta metro area. Your primary duty will be to provide exceptional pool service to our clients. This role will require driving to various locations within the Atlanta metro area to provide exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Travel to designated locations within the Atlanta metro area to service pools.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, vacuuming, and balancing chemicals.
• Inspect pool equipment and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to pool functionality or water quality.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address their concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing all tasks.
• Keep accurate records of services provided and equipment used.

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record and be 23+ years of age due to our insurance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor environments.
• Flexibility to work Saturdays if on call or as needed
