Job DescriptionJob Description

Seibold Security of Florida is seeking a Sales Engineer to join our team We specialize in designing, installing and servicing tailored security systems for Financial Institutions and commercial clients. The Sales Engineer will serve as a liaison in the sales process between the customer and the Account Executive.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong knowledge base of company's products, processes, and core competencies.
  • Consult with existing and potential clients to assess and understand equipment needs and systems requirements.
  • Draft or assist with the drafting of quotations and other documentation and materials that explain products and services to customers.
  • Communicate with contractors
  • Set up new items / update pricing / descriptions in customer service software
  • Assist with product orders
  • Business development
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Two to four years of related product or sales experience required.
  • Excellent sales and customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to apply engineering, technology, or other related principles to product sales.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
