We are currently seeking a talented Kitchen Manager for a brand-new restaurant opening soon in Topeka, KS. Owned and operated by a well-known management company with multiple successful restaurant concepts across the Midwest. But it's not just about the food – we live for that electric atmosphere that keeps our guests coming back for more. You'll be part of a dynamic work culture that values creativity and teamwork for our newest location
Compensation: Base Salary up to $70,000, Bonus potential up to 10%, full comprehensive Medical/Dental/Vision benefit, 401k, PTO, and relocation assistance
Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Kitchen Management OR Assistant Kitchen Manager experience
- Experience managing kitchens over $2+ million in annual volume
- Previous experience with high-volume catering
- Experience with menu pricing and budgeting
