MassageLuXe Spa is looking for qualified and passionate Front Desk Associates who share in our passion to provide an experience that supports and encourages health, wellbeing, and quality of life. We welcome both part-time and full-time Front Desk Associates. You can have it all with MassageLuXe

You will be joining a team of professionals who are driven to help our clients feel their very best. We empower our team to use their abilities and strengths while we focus on bringing in new clients as well as maintaining a consistent client base. We are looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented individuals who are passionate about customer service and sales. We are looking for someone who is committed to focusing on and excelling in the following duties for this entry level role:

· Selling appropriate services and products by utilizing your knowledge to give advice.

· Greeting and warmly welcoming our clients.

· Scheduling and confirming appointments.

· Learning and understanding all Spa services and product lines.

· Building client loyalty by providing excellent customer service.

· Maintaining a positive, upbeat, welcoming atmosphere in the Spa for both clients and other team members.

· Promoting and representing MassageLuXe in a professional and enthusiastic manner.

· Signing clients on as members by providing them with the program that suits their needs and that is the best value for them.

· Upholding MassageLuXe standards of cleanliness and safety.

· Generate new clientele through grassroots marketing promoting.

Are you qualified?

· Sales AND membership sales experience required.

· Must be able to maintain a consistently pleasant and professional attitude and demeanor.

· Must be goal oriented and motivated to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

· Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff members.

· Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
