Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor - Glen Burnie, MD

Location: Glen Burnie, MD

Schedule:

· 10-hour shift

· 8-hour shift

· 11am to 7pm Mon-Friday with some weekends

Key responsibilities for this role include:

· Providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients.

· Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans.

· Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care for clients.

· Participating in regular staff meetings and continuing education opportunities.

· Your expertise and passion for helping others will be invaluable as we continue to expand our services and impact more lives. We are confident that your skills and dedication will make a significant contribution to our mission of delivering high-quality mental health care.

Weekly caseload: At least 27 clients

Duties:

· Conduct patient assessments to determine their mental health needs and develop treatment plans

· Provide individual and group counseling sessions to clients

· Utilize various therapeutic techniques to address clients' emotional and behavioral issues

· Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including data collection and progress notes

· Provide counseling services to pediatric clients and their families

· Stay informed about medical terminology, ICD-9, ICD-10 codes, and other relevant information

· Utilize telehealth platforms to provide remote counseling services as needed

Requirements:

· Must hold a valid license as a Professional Counselor Or Licensed Clinical Social Worker

· Experience working with children preferred

· Experience in working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred

· Knowledge of pediatrics and child family counseling techniques

· Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology

· Strong assessment skills and ability to collect relevant data for treatment planning

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Bilingual Spanish Speaking is a plus

Note:

· This position IS IN OFFICE. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE SEEKING A REMOTE POSITION.

· We require that the therapist sees children ages 5 and up. Experience in ADHD and substance use preferred. Spanish speaking provider highly encouraged to apply.

Salary: 70,000 to 90,000 (based on experience, caseload, credentials)
