Job SummaryWe are seeking friendly and outgoing Baristas to join our new coffee house In this role, you will welcome customers into the and prepare their coffee orders. We make the best tasting espresso drinks with the friendliest team in the valley The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and is willing to go above and beyond to ensure guests feel like they are welcome and ensure every handcrafted beverage is loved
Responsibilities: 
  • Welcome guests into the coffee house with a smile
  • Take food and beverage orders
  • Explain the menu items to guests
  • Create a variety of espresso-based drinks, from basic to more complex
  • Enter orders into the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
  • Bus tables and wipe down surfaces
  • Maintain a clean work environment
Qualifications: 
  • Familiarity with food safety guidelines
  • ServeSafe or Food Handler’s Certification or ability to obtain shortly after hiring
  • Excellent guest service skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
