Job Title: Accounting Bookkeeper

Location: Chino, CA

Come work for a top-notch manufacturing firm that cares about their employees and clients’ success and growth. We are currently hiring an Accounting Bookkeeper professional with solid experience for one of our excellent CA clients.

Job Responsibilities:

The applicant may perform the following tasks (but not limited to):

  • Bookkeeping & Write-up Services
  • Posting payments – Payables
  • General Ledger and Financial Statement Preparation
  • Annual & Quarterly Payroll Tax Return Preparation and Review
  • Annual 1099 Preparation
  • Client Account Management
  • Process accounts payable and various accounting reports
  • Preparation of reconciliations/escalations
  • Check Financial statements for accuracy and variances
  • Preparation of reports and budgets for specified account such as income, taxes and insurance
  • Maintains on-site records in conformance with company procedures and local direction
  • Support Managers
  • Ability to understand and create journal entries for posting to General Ledger and creation of Financial Statements

Job Requirements:
· Extensive Accounting experience

· Industry Bookkeeping specific experience desired, preferably 5+ years knowledge

· Proficiency with PC-based business software, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Sage Simply Accounting, and email programs. Experience with accounting software is a big plus but not required.

· Applicant must be detail-oriented, able to multitask and meet deadlines, and productively keep up with work. Applicant should be professional, pleasant, and looking for long-term employment.

Monday - Friday - 8am-5:00pm with a 1-hour lunch
