Monroe Pharmacy, Monroe’s most popular independent pharmacy is looking for a highly motivated, self-driven and customer focused Supervising Pharmacist for immediate hiring to work with a well-trained pharmacy operation team to provide the highest quality professional service to its customers.

The highlight of the responsibilities includes

 

  • Supervising pharmacy team
  • dispensing and ensuring safe and efficient delivery of medications to all customers.
  • providing excellent customer service by assisting with medical-related issues and providing healthcare counseling.
  • interacting with physicians and utilize reference material to gain information on customers and prescriptions as well as to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Managing the technical staff and organizing and directing technicians' workflow
  • Performing other responsibilities of a staff pharmacist
  • other duties as assigned by management.


Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Pharmacy required, Doctor of Pharmacy preferred.

Licensed NY Pharmacist and Immunizer.

Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, computer, time and people management skills are required.

Experiences: Retail Pharmacist experience is required. Candidates with PROFICIENT knowledge of MICRO-MERCHANT Prime RX pharmacy software is preferred
