Job DescriptionJob Description

Are you someone that likes a fast pace (we are serious it is fast)? We are looking for a hardworking team member to join us as part of our Operations Department. Must work well with a team and contribute to a positive work environment. Must be detail oriented, a quick learner, and punctual. Must possess the ability to take initiative to get things done and yet not willing to accept that a completed task is "good enough". Tolerance for stress, shifting priorities, with a willingness to learn new tasks and skills is also a must. You would be operating and performing operator maintenance on various machines such as a digital printers, heat sealing equipment, digital envelope printers, and various other finishing machines. Processing print jobs, and conducting various finishing tasks, such as trimming, collating, binding, and heat sealing. Processing print jobs through various software platforms. Performing quality control checks on processed output to ensure accuracy and quality.

Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent time management skills

Able to work independently with little supervision

Comfortable using computers to initiate, track, and complete work assignments

Operate, maintain, and trouble shoot equipment

Able and comfortable following established production workflows

Ability to lift 45-50 lbs. on a regular basis throughout shift

Ability to stand for long periods of time

Ability to climb platform stairs to reach and replenish stocks as needed

Mechanically oriented with a working knowledge of PC's including Microsoft Office, Excel, and Adobe products

 

Requires successful completion of a background check.
