RT Construction is now hiring

We are seeking a skilled Roofing and Siding Installation and Repair Technician with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in:

- Vinyl siding installation and repairs
- Metalwork, including fascia and window wraps
- Asphalt shingle repairs and installations for small projects such as sheds or single slopes
- Conducting job site inspections, material pickups, and deliveries, as well as assisting crews on larger jobs
- Delivering exceptional customer service

Please note that candidates will undergo a practical test on a monitored project as part of the hiring process. Honesty about your skill level is crucial.

We offer a competitive pay rate of $30-$50 per hour, plus a 7% commission on upsells. The expected annual income is between $100,000 and $160,000.

Initially, the position will require 20-40 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours as our sales team generates more work. This role involves service and sales, including job pricing, contract signing, payment processing, and upselling.
