Position Overview
We are currently seeking Outside Sales Representatives in Kansas City, KS. In this role, you will be responsible for educating homeowners about their entitlements related to storm damage, specifically in roofing, siding, and gutter projects. Your efforts will help protect their most valued investments at competitive costs.

Compensation & Benefits
As an Outside Sales Representative, you can expect:
- Earnings ranging from $67,000 to $266,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Actively seek out and engage potential clients through various methods including canvassing, referrals, and networking.
- Manage and optimize your assigned sales territory.
- Conduct thorough exterior property inspections to identify wind and hail damage.
- Facilitate the claims process and secure contracts with homeowners.
- Collaborate with insurance adjusters on-site.
- Collect necessary funds and insurance deductibles from clients.
- Foster relationships with clients to build trust and encourage referrals.
- Educate customers on industry standards, products, and company policies.
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using our CRM system.
- Communicate regularly with sales leadership and office staff.
- Attend weekly sales meetings and adhere to company sales processes.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience is preferred.
- Must possess a reliable vehicle with insurance coverage (preferably 10 years or newer).
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills are essential.
- A smartphone capable of using relevant applications is required.
- Previous experience with CRM platforms is necessary.
- Ability to work independently and manage personal career development goals.
- A valid driver's license is required, and candidates should be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
