Client Service Representative
This position demands a sustained commitment to providing an exceptional customer service experience in all areas of service, teamwork, attitude, communication and quality. This is an outstanding opportunity for career advancement and promotion from within a dynamic and rapidly growing company.

Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle incoming inquiries and requests via phone/email from clients and applicants and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly.
  • Provide backup to our Dedicated Account Specialist as needed.
  • Keep detailed records of customer issues and actions taken.
  • Handle all client and applicants' requests and thoroughly educate them on company products and account information.
  • Provide data entry support and assist with various projects.
  • Assist with providing collection information on past due accounts.
  • Look for innovative ways to better the product and the client experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to organize and multitask projects in a fast paced and deadline-oriented business environment.
  • Strong communication skills skilled at in-person, phone and email conversation.
  • Highly developed integrity and commitment to client satisfaction.
  • Pleasant, friendly attitude, with an ability to adapt to change.
  • Attention to detail, excellent problem solving and follow up skills.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and be dependable.
  • Ability to create, maintain and nurture client relationships.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
