Property Manager – Summary Of Responsibilities

The Property Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall day-to-day operation of the Water Crest (WC) condominium property facilities.  The position reports to the President of the Owners Association or the person the President may name as their delegate as required from time to time.  A strong work ethic is required.

 

The Property Manager’s responsibilities may be modified by mutual agreement between the PM and the Board of Directors (BOD).  However, they must be documented in written form before the changes are implemented. 

 

Must be available to work year-round.  PM is required to be onsite weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) during the high season(Friday before Memorial Day Weekend thru September) and a minimum of 16 hours per week on site during the off season (December thru March) unless authorized to be off by the President of the BOD.
