Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPlan, direct, or coordinate the management or operation of the ranch property, livestock, agricultural operations, or other agricultural establishments.
Duties and Tasks:
- The raising of stock, such as cattle, poultry, and horses.
- Inspect and maintain farm or ranch structures, such as buildings, fences, or roads ordering repair or maintenance activities as needed.
- Monitor and maintain the lawn.
- Monitor and maintain pasture or grazing land
- Ensure livestock are properly fed.
- Operate the operations of poultry (ie: eggs)
- Select equipment or machinery, livestock or supplies, such as seed, feed, fertilizer, or chemicals.
- Direct livestock or crop waste recycling operations
- Inspect ranch equipment to ensure proper functioning.
