Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced nurse practitioner to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced wound care, the ability to travel to patient’s homes, and a passion for improving patient outcomes.

Requirements:

Active nurse practitioner license in Nebraska (licensed before August 30, 2015)
Minimum of 2,000 hours of experience as a nurse practitioner
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices
Ability to assess and manage advanced/chronic wounds
Perform advanced treatments with skin grafts
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Answer patient phone calls
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to educate patients on preventative measures
