We value innovative thinkers who complete projects promptly and are adept at full-cycle recruiting to meet the staffing needs of over 40 trucking carriers.

**Responsibilities:**
- Design and implement recruiting strategies
- Collaborate with managers to determine staffing needs
- Write and post job descriptions on career sites and job boards
- Source candidates through databases and social media
- Evaluate resumes and cover letters
- Use tools like tests and assignments to assess skills
- Conduct phone and video interviews
- Facilitate onboarding sessions for new hires
- Maintain detailed records of interviews and hires
- Stay updated with current recruiting methods

**Skills:**
- Proven experience as a Truck Driver Recruiter
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies and best practices
- Experience with various interview techniques
- Familiarity with social media recruiting, especially Facebook
- Understanding of FMCSA compliance requirements

**Requirements:**
