Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Korean Speaking Director of Player Development Casino at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio, CA. As the Korean Speaking Director of Player Development Casino, you will be responsible for overseeing the player development strategies and activities specific to the Korean market. This includes building and maintaining relationships with Korean-speaking guests, coordinating hosting events, and creating personalized gaming experiences to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Fluency in Korean and English
- 5-7 years of prior experience in player development or a similar role within the casino industry
- Strong knowledge of Korean culture and customs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with guests
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Understanding of gaming regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred)
