Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving work orders from the Lead Carpenter
- Arriving onsite at the time that has been prearranged by the Lead Carpenter
- Treating all property owners and their homes with courtesy and respect at all times
- Preparing jobs for next day's work before ending the day
- Completing every job as per specifications
- Cleaning up job site at the end of each day, as well as when the scope of work has been completed
- Arriving at work in a clean truck and a clean uniform
- Starting time is usually 7:30am unless otherwise stated because of client needs
-Assisting with shop/warehouse tasks
- Following the DreamMaker Code of Values
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of two years of construction experience
- Experience working with residential trade contractors
- Understanding of construction basics
Other Qualifications:
- Carpentry and general construction trade skills
- Exceptional customer relation skills
- Ability to communicate and work using effective oral and written skills
- Effective time management and problem-solving skills
- Must be self-motivated
