Carpentry Assistant

At Well Done Stewards LLC dba DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen of The Woodlands, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Carpentry Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and execute work orders from the Lead Carpenter
- Arrive on-site at the designated time, as coordinated with the Lead Carpenter
- Provide exceptional customer service and treat property owners and their homes with respect and courtesy
- Prepare jobs for the next day's work, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
- Complete tasks to the highest standards, adhering to specifications
- Clean and maintain the job site at the end of each day and upon project completion
- Arrive at work in a clean and well-maintained vehicle and uniform
- Start work at 7:30am, unless otherwise specified due to client needs
- Assist with shop and warehouse tasks as required
- Adhere to the DreamMaker Code of Values
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of construction experience
- Experience working with residential trade contractors
- Understanding of construction basics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Carpentry and general construction trade skills
- Exceptional customer relation skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
Reporting Structure:
The Carpentry Assistant will report to the Production Manager and Lead Carpenter, working collaboratively with all departments to achieve the company's mission and uphold the Code of Values.
