Position Overview:

The primary responsibility of the veterinary technician is to work closely with our veterinarians to provide the highest quality medical care, while giving our clients an exceptional experience. We strive to go above and beyond for every patient and client that walks through our doors. Being able to prioritize, multitask, and complete tasks accurately and efficiently will be key to succeeding in this position. Compassion and empathy are vital to our mission. Veterinary technicians play one of the most important roles in providing that to our patients and clients. Our ideal candidate will be family-oriented, friendly, hardworking, and share our passion for caring for animals and their owners.

Skills and Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 - 5+ years of veterinary technician experience (certification/license preferred, but not required) Blood draws and IV catheter placement, anesthetic monitoring, dental care (scaling, polishing, and radiography), Digital radiology techniques, medical documentation, animal restraint, laboratory procedures, familiarity with commonly used medications, high energy, friendly, and drive to be successful,  excellent verbal and written communication skills, Demonstrates excellent time and task management,  Demonstrates professional and courteous presentation with staff and clients, Team player who can work effectively in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
